My GeForce 2 MX runs fine at default without a fan. Is it DDR or SDR RAM?

Hmmm. I'm not sure then. You could try underclocking it a little?

i would see if you can run 3dmark a couple loops without artifacts....if you can do that you may be fine....but i wouldnt try it....running without the fan should be fine as long as you dont play any games....

I agree its not hot to the touch, as soon as radio shack opens i,ll see if they have one. Don,t know where else to get one.

You may want to try 'aiming' a case fan at the video card - get some airflow around it.

I have 1 in the front blows across and a side fan that blows just above
