video problem

I am running a msi 6380 and just got a visiontek geforce4 mx440
when i install the card i get beeps with black screen, have tried bios update, drivers update, changing bios, got the card to work one time installed drivers everything looked good. reboot and same beeps. this card worked fine in another comp.
