Amazon.com has some good prices namely:
Windows VISTA Home Basic Upgrade (Retail) $53.99 Shipped
Windows VISTA Home Premium Upgrade (Retail) $94.99 Shipped
They say [Old Version] by them because they are waiting to release the same package w/ SP1. However if you know how to slipstream a VISTA cd this isn't a problem. You could also just install SP1 after the initial install.
