Volcano 9 or DragonORB?

I have a P4 2.53 overheating at ~68c after some heavy load for no apparant reason. And so I plan to get a Volcano7+, if its available. BTW is it suitable for my CPU, since Im not going to overclock it?

If the Volcano7+ isnt available I'll have to go for Volcano9 or DragonORB, both which has a 5000rpm fan. which is better? I've heard that the DragonORB's motor runs with a disturbing noise.

edit: Or can anyone suggest a good heatsink/fan without burning a BIG hole in my wallet?

Volcano 7+ would be much better than either of those two you mentioned. You can find it really cheap, too.

the sk-7 is gotta be the 2nd best heatsking next to the slk-800 and its only 30 dollars... no big hit for mximum performance... match that with any fan 80mm and more then 50cfm
