Voltage monitoring without onboard sensors?

Does anyone know the pins on the P4 that I can use to measure the CPU voltage...there are so many voltage pins and it isn't too clear which two I use...

Also, how bad are inbalances on the 5/12 rails, I get 11.8 on one and 5.2 on the other.
