Voltage monitoring

When I look at the bios the voltage is set at 1.5 but after XP is up and using MBM5 the vcore voltage is at 1.47 only. So which one is correct/more accurate?

In a perfect world (or with a perfect powersupply, mobo, and cpu) your 1.5 setting will actualy get you 1.5 volts. Your PSU may not be delivering you with enough power.
