I can get 1.97 max voltage on my MSI Turbo M/B non-raid without soldering. I think these are the same except for raid. I go into the BIOS and choose voltages other than default and when I choose 1.85, the BIOS comes back under PC health as 1.97, what a difference. I have the custom overclocking BIOS from MSI that works great!!

TranceBear,
Do you know of a way to get the BIOS updated on the Turbo Raid version? For the life of me, I can't get LIVEBIOS to work. Whenever I try to get it to connect, it gives me a 404-not found error and drops out. I'm running ME, and that won't allow me to format a floppy with the /s command to install a bios manually. Any idea's??

Thanks in advance!

Hey Willis,
If you want the O/C Bios, you have to format a floppy, LIVE BIOS does not support this special BIOS. I am not that familiar with WinME, but I think you can still boot from a floppy, if you can, make one on another computer anddddd go from there. If you send me your snail mail addy I can mail you one. Any help ya need, I will be happy to assist.

TranceBear, Thanks for the info! My email is: [email protected]

Yea, I've tried to create a bootable floppy, but WinME just isn't having it. I've seen on the MSI website that the new bios is supposed to address memory timings. I hope so. According to Sandra, my memory performance is severly lacking compared to where it was on my previous KT7 Turbo. 512megs of Mushkin HP rev2 used to give great scores, but as soon as I reveived my current Turbo, the memory performance has been lame!!
