You can get the bios files from
here
Make sure you get the right bios for each individual card as the v 3's come with either SDRAM or SGRAM, if you flash the wrong bios to the card, it will fail to work, the ones that are working are easy to tell what memory the card uses, just look at the bootup screen and it will tell you the bios version with a "SD"...or an "SG" at the end...."SD" is sdram..."SG" is sgram...
As far as the ones with the lines in them, sounds like (but might not be) a memory problem, or even possibly a bad flash, the one that doesn't work period may be able to be "revived" by flashing the bios, I have done it to many times to count.
Just remember when you get the bios files, to also get the flash utility for the cards as well, or...well..you won't be able to flash....LOL
To flash the "dead" one...or try to that is.....stick in a known working cheap PCI card in with the v3...this way you'll be able to see the screen, at the dos prompt..(the flash MUST be done in pure DOS mode) run the flash utility and it should find the card and flash it, if it doesn't, the card is...well....dead.....
If you need any more help, don't hesitate to PM or E-mail me, or post back here, i'll be glad to help....
