W32/Spirit Virus

Hi,

I've recently obtained this virus/worm and think it might of come with my new instalaltion of Windiws 7. Any advice on how I may of abtained this virus

W32/Spirit -

After scanning my system with Spycleaner Gold it located these two files below. I am currently following the steps to removing this from the post on this tab.

C\Windows\System32\MFPLAY.dll
C\Windows\System32\explorer.exe
