Ok, I've been doing some research for a school project that is allowing me to bring my two favorite things together with my most hated subject, english, and want to know what you all have to say about peltiers. Someone's explination of the peltier affect, and it's related theories, and even some real world demonstrations/examples would benefit noobs. I've been getting some questions from teachers that I can't explain and I pointed them to this site. A general explination is needed.

Thank you,
Iammeuru

Peltiers are semiconductors that pull heat from one side to the other, the "Peltier effect" is the actual pulling of the heat to remove it from one side of the peltier
