MarkS! I love u man!

Thank's to you, I found the code

setstage mq302 300

Just so glad you said I was trippin or else I would have never continued looking for the cure to my bug.

TY

Ok, this is getting a bit annoying. I am unable to complete the Sybil child quest. Black screen as I enter the second tower. Of course, as you know my technique by now, I killed all the forsworn before I made it to the village. :)

I will probably try a fresh windows installation and see how it goes. :-/

Hold up nao. Did you search around for possible issues surrounding that quest? I've found that if you have issues, find the Skyrim Wiki, search that quest and scroll to the bugs section. If it's a coding error, other people have had it happen too. Those people will post their findings and possible fixes. In fact, I will look for you now. :)

Edit: I found nothing. The Sybil of Dibella Quest is linked with another Quest in Markarth (or whatever that stupid city is called) though. Something about stealing a statue and giving it to someone in the city can't be completed if you talk to Hamal first. Try completing that quest (requires you to steal a statue and give it to the guy) and then go back to find the Sybil.

There was no fix the first time I went looking for the round table bug and two days later, I searched again and wala, the code to by pass the bug was posted. So if you are stuck, just lay off the game a few days and make a new search in a couple of days. I refuse to start over if I don't have to. I have a lot of time already invested and it's getting deeper. I don't know what else to say to SuperNade other than what I just posted.

:p

O.k, lol you guys are the best (especially Chance and Boxing!). However, the impatient noob that I am, I installed it on my Windows 8 Dev Preview disk to see if that helps. Will keep you guys posted. (*) :)

(*) I did not wipe my Win7 install.

I have had 3-4 CrashToDesktop crashes, and there is one door that I don't seem to be able to go through without killing a boss that I have no business fighting at all. I don't think the concept of running right past said boss and out the door occurred to them.

Weird, ever since the 1.3 patch I never have crashes that I havent directly caused. I havent had any trouble with the game and I have the habbit of saving often just in case anyways. I love the way the game looks at high detail and the gameplay is great. Sometimes I find a bush or a basket or w/e that is bugged out wierd but all my crashes (which really weren't that often) went away with the update that came out mid December.

I'm not saying I havent had issues with quests or w/e but in the end they were all by my own fault one way or another, such as misreading or forgetting an item etc, never had a bugged quest or area or a corrupted save. This game is definitely above the average for playability of a new release... And a ton of fun.

So far I had about 3 crashes to desktop, all immediately after saving, one glitch where an enemies hitbox was just to the right of the actual character model, and not exactly a glitch but a physics...oddity I guess where I got hit and took a fair amount of damage from a bottle of wine shooting out of a chest.

Can somebody please do me a huge favor and pass along a game save file after speaking with Haldar's uncle (the very first act)? Please use the High Elf character. :)

I played as a High Elf character last week but then I took an arrow to the knee :(

I would, but you're one word off. Playing as a woods elf :D

Anyone getting the glitch where if you press the shout key too quickly, you don't do a shout but it still registers that you did one? I pressed Z, no shout, no cool down timer, but I press it a few more times and nothing. Bring up the shouts menu and it says "cannot change shouts while performing a power", and it stays that way until I change zones.. Happened twice already.

biggest issue ive had with it was the audio, my sound was fine till people started talking they talked really slowed down and garbled up (like something u seti teamers are lookin for :p jk hehe) but was easily fixed by turning down the sampling on my sound blaster audigy se

I've only had weird rendering issues, like instead of snowy trees, light purple, crystaline triangles with visible branches, or my flame thrall being all yellow with the exception being the armor.

I guess there was an npc by the city you start in I couldn't murder he'd fall down dead and get right back up and Chase me lol idk if it was a bug or he was invincible

If you can't kill them, they are an essential character and you can't kill them.

console ports...tisk tisk....

I wouldn't consider it a problem with being a port. Unsure about the 360 version, but up until a recent patch which helped a little, the PS3 version would create extremely large save files and a few hours into the game would lag to the point it was unplayable.

i finished the truce with stormcloaks as my team... i wish they would have made the game a bit more like dragon age origins... cause this game have more glitches then win95:rofl:

the only way to play this game is to use Alt+tab and Google on everything that feels suspicious.. thats how i am able to play anyway...
this got me thinking how many minor glitches or bugs i encountered and started counting and i am on 36+ and still counting.:rain:
