well, finally got everything i need and done set it up by last night. running prime95 @1Gig(1.95V)for whole night the temp was just 8C for max. it can go more but i stop with 1Gig and try to burn in somemore. but one thing very strange happen here!! my idle temp was not very low, it was about 5-6!! am i getting a right reading from MBM?? i was thinking that it can't be just 2-3C different when i full load my cpu. samething happen when i run it with default speed 750MHz with 2.11V. then idle temp was just 2-3C and max out with prime95 @5C!! the water was hot and it evaporate fast!! i'm using danger den cooling cube and water jacket. plus one 85W pelt!! and comment??

It could be that your bios is not sending the halt instruction to the cpu when it's not being used. That would explain the idle temp. I believe WPCREDIT will fix that with a register change in the BIOS. If you search the posts I'm sure you'll find info on that.

Otherwise I'd say not to worry. Those temps are real low. Any problems with condensation??
Got any pics of the setup?

I have that same problem. I can't change mine either, but my Abit KT7AR idles at 30C and ambient is 30C so I didn't worry about it. You might try the 32bit suggestion someone posted.
