I was just wondering if there was a (perferably silent or very quiet) water cooler that would fairly easily handle a duron 600@1GHz, the whole package preferably running at around $20-40.
if so, what is it, and where can I buy it?
it does not have to be a kit, BTW, but it can be.

Most competatively priced kits are running for about $125 now. This is a good deal if your not the handyman type. If you are the handyman type, buy a water block for $20-30 a pump for $10-25 and get a junk heater core and you should be able to fit your budget . . . . .
