Anyone done any tests regarding the best size and flow for water droplets in bongs?

My thinking is this - tell me if I'm wrong: Smaller droplets = more surface area. Larger droplets = less suface area but higher velocity(less restriction).

So in my opinion I think it would be best to have a medium sized droplet.

What do people think of this? I am planning a new type of evap cooling system and could use peoples experiences/suggestions.

Smaller=better cooling.

The best size depends. If it's really small like a mist, the water will just blast out of the bong. Don't worry too much about the velocity of the water. As long as it's not so small as to blow out the top you're good.
