Watercooling... 2.4C newbie watercooler

Hello I have a ASUS P4P800 Deluxe, P4 2.4C, and OCZ PC3200.

First waht watercooler should I use and how much can I overclock it (I want 3.8 or 4.0GHz if possible)

You would need prometia cooling or phase cooling to achive 3.8 or 4ghz unless ur very lucky. Remember the ASUS P4P800 deluxe reads temperatures 10 celcius LOWER than what the temp should be.
