I want to try watercooling on my next system and am concerned about leaks. Has anyone had problems with leaks and have suggestions on avoiding them.
Other than buying a water block, I am going to build it myself.
I am gratefull on any input on this topic.
Thanks.

The one that pops up in my mind first is to be sure to use clamps on every connection. Even if it’s barbed, clamp it. Before you turn on your pump, go over each one and make sure it’s tight.

This is a mistake I made on my first attempt at water-cooling. I had a slow leak right over the CPU because I didn’t clamp the hose down good.
