Well i have read many posts concerning watercooling, and
have decided on that route,
I have a few questions that i cannot find answers to

1. How is the radiator mounted ? i'm planning on getting a Kit,
Leufken kit , i see their radiator placement , how is that put there ? zip ties ? screws ?
its on the lower bottom front of case in front of the reservoir

2. also cutting the Bottom Front metal grill i think would help to increase air flow, (after i cut the plastic cover off ,what tool is best, (thinking about buying a dremel) or how did you do it.
I have a Inwin Q500 Case

Thanks For Everything

Where and how it's mounted is according to the individual wants/needs. I'd recommend you secure it with screws so it will stay forever, yet is removeable. You also take less chances of things rattling where with zip ties or anything else, you may have slight room for movement.

For cutting cases, there's generally 2 favorites round here. Nippers can be bought at Radio Shack for $10. They cut very tiny chunks out of your case and are actually quiet precise. Not too messy, but you need somewhat strong hands to use them.

The dremmel is my favorite. Very versitile and easy to use. Little more expensive since you both have to buy the tool, then constant refills for blades, but still does a lot more than just cut's cases.

Hope this helps.
