Watercooling with pelts

I read on how to prevent condensation around the socket, but is there anything else I need to do so that water or condensation won't be in my case? BTW the artical was on how to prevent condensation using air cooling, so what I mean is do I do anything with the coldplate, peltier, or waterblock to prevent condensation there (like sealing it)?
