a peltier is an electronic pad the moves all the heat to one side making the other side very cold. however the hot side needs to be cooled, or the whole pelt. will become hot.

water cooling with a pelt technicly isnt water cooling the cpu.

its cooling the pelt with water, the pelt is cooling the cpu.
