Decided to re-raid my os drive again since that's not where my games problem from. Using a brand new single SSD drive for the problem games, those same games continue to crash no matter what drive I use.

So two WD Black SN850 500GB Nvme drives in Raid-0

I know raiding an already fast enough drive is a waste, but I like raid.

Should I be raiding fast Nvme drives? Probably not
Then why raid them? Cause I can? Cause it's fun

I mean, check out dem reads numbers! :escape:

Why not?

Are access times slower with RAID vs non? I thought that was always one of the cons.

With some of the more complex raids like 5/6 maybe due to the parity calcs, but 0 and 1 are pretty straight forward - I'd be surprised. They're essentially just reading/writing to two drives instead of one.

There's a slight delay when booting into winders as it's loading all my spinners in Raid. Once I'm on desktop, everything is blinding quick. Load times of my games are also quick.
