WDM drivers?

I have the latest official driver version from Creative for my X-Fi Titanium Fatality Pro sound card. However, I'm still getting the "WDM driver for Creative X-Fi Audio Processor" update offer in Windows Update under Hardware section. Why? Is it normal? Has anyone else noticed that? I myself can confirm this behavior on two separate machines (both Win XP Pro SP3 x86). Is that WDM driver a complement to the Creative driver or would it simply overwrite it (if it's the latter, I'm not touching it)? Any info would be welcome.

WDM probably means Windows Driver Model in this case. It would just be a normal driver package through Windows update so if you've got your card working fine and you don't want to change the drivers just ignore it.
