However, bear in mind, that 33% is all one member...not unlike Micheal Jordan. Without him, your team is good, but not championship caliber.

We're looking to "draft" someone not unlike Larry Bird or Bob Cousy....great players in their own right, but with the ability to make the entire team better players at the same time....
