website that computed cpu watts?????

Not to long ago someone posted a link to a website that would calculate how many watts of heat your CPU was putting out at different mutlti's, FSB, and voltage.
I can't find that post now, does anyone have that link handy??

hmmm, any one have a site that lists the aproxamant un oced CPU wattage? or a formula? i dont knwo mine
