How are we coming along with auto updating stats ? You still have to script them by hand yes ? They are looking great by the way, it's good to see how much life you have given to them. Keep up the awesome work as always.

Basically daily stats use seti team for the data. I created an excel sheet that will create all the necessary table html code all I have to do is copy the "pages" and paste special into frontpage. No formatting is required. Only problem is that seti team is nolonger supported so once that dies I have to figure another way to get the data.

I haven't worked hard in doing all of it, but here is workarround.

I have attached to this thread the file OC SETI Team.iqy.

This file is used my Miocrosoft Query to contact a html file and manipulate its data. The procedure to link this to Excel is the following:

1.-In your Excel book, go to the Data/External Data/Execute Data Query menu.
2.-A dialog will appear asking for the location of the *.iqy file.
3.-Point the dialog to the place you have unzipped the attached file.
4.-Another dialog will appear asking where will the data be placed, giving you two options: an starting cell in your current spredsheet or a new spredsheet.
5.-After you have done your selection, Excel will search the web for the location inserted into the iqy file.
6.-Afterward, everytime you need to refresh the query, just go to Data/Refresh Data(there is an excalmation icon next to it).

If you want I'll post some screenshot, but as I have an Spanish version of Excel, I'll have to add some translation notes.....

Hope this help you.
