You are going to have to trouble shoot this one. Floppies can be a pain. Slide the drive out and bring the cable out through the hole and connect it with the red stripe to the left (looking from back) with full visibilty. Sometimes you get the connector off to one side and miss the last two pins. Before connecting make sure there are no bent pins. Slide it back in connect the power and make sure its seated and then try it. If it still does not work disconnect the connector from the mobo. Inspect to make sure none of the pins are bent. Re-install the connector. Try again. If it fails then repeat all the above with a new cable.

any idea 4 "how can i install raid driver without floppy?"

If its a boot disk then burn an image of it on to a cd and use that to boot. If its an ordinary non-boot disk than make a copy of it on cd and use that.

Depends whether you have access to a cdr. If you do, burn a copy of the disk and use that. That's what I did recently when the floppy decided to retire.
Long route is go through all the trouble shooting described above.
