Went from 96/mbs to 24/mbs Raid 0 Need help

This is really weird. I have three Atlas 10K SCSI U160 drives setup as Raid 0 on a MSI MegaRaid express 500 card. I plopped the setup in an AMD 1700TB and was getting 96/mbs. I then put the MSI card in my “nice” 2500 Barton/DDR/NF7-S 2.0/ system and my raid performance has dropped to 21-24/mbs. I've setup everything the same as on the “crappy” 1700 system. Any Ideas? I'm using all default setup (64k, Direct IO, Mass Storage, etc).
