Whats up Overclockers,
I have a temp question.Currently Im using a VIA hardware moniter
it reads cpu temp 32c sys.temp 21c,now Ive been told these are good numbers. But when I switch from celsius to fahrenheit it reads cpu temp
89f sys temp 69f,and Ive been told that these are way out of bounds.
What is what?Ive changed HS fan (coolermaster HHC-001 w/heatpipe 60mm
fan) form 60mm to 80mm to 92mm,always making sure dead spot of fan was
equal or less than orig. fan.Ive also rearranged case fans(two 80mm
fans in front of case blowing in,one 92mm side blow hole, two 80mm back of case(exhaust),one 92mm w/air duct blowing outward from HS.
My v-core reads 1.97,but in my Bios I set it at 1.85 w/ 10.5x mul 133
This brings my 1.33ghz to 1.4.
Yesterday I ran the cpu burn-in Toast for 5 minutes, without crashing
or blank screen etc....What else can I do or are these numbers stable?
thanx alot see ya around..................
:burn: :burn:

well, most people go by celcius, and those numbers look fine...but I would suggest letting toast run overnight, or at least for several hours...5 min. don't tell you a whole lot about your cooling...

and welcome to the forums!

ya your right quake 3 will get it cooking lol

Those are great temperatures. Looks like you did a good job optimizing your fans.
BTW, most people here go by celcius, just so you know.

I almost forgot: Welcome to the forums!!
