What 2 Programs Help You Overclock?

I just formatted my computer and I lost everything.
I forgot what the 2 programs were and where I could download them. Something like Motherboard Monitor and some CPU ID thing. Please help me out and tell me the full correct name and were I can download them from?

These are good to have for burn in:Burn6, sandra, 3dmark etc. Googling works for em' all.

the posts above are the programs for monitoring your system and all the components, but these do not allow you to overclock your sytem from a program, by the tittle of your post is that what you were referring to?
