what 9500 brand oc more?

They should all be pretty much the same as I think all the companies closely followed the reference design. It depends alot on the type of memory as well. Infineon 3.3 has trouble at just under 300Mhz while ones with Hynix can do well over 300mhz. The core can go up pretty high, I've got mine at 350 and I've ha dno problems at all with it.
