What about a cold plate waterblock?

Has anyone ever heard of a peltier system where the cold plate is actually a waterblock? I thought of this the other day. I don't know enough about pelts to know if this would work, and I don't have the machinist skill to make one to find out.

Is it possible to use a cold plate as a waterblock radiator? That is to run water through the cold plate itself. Using the pelt to pull heat out of the water directly or as directly as possible.

If I'm reading you correctly, what you are trying to describe is a "chiller" that many have attempted, and none of really succeeded at. Do a search on chillers in this forum and you can find many ideas similar to yours.
