What about a SHUTTLE AK31

I am building my dad a new computer and this id the best ddr priced board I could find. I have read a review on it and you can read it here http://www.cluboc.net/reviews/motherboards/shuttle/ak31/index.htm
this board will not be used for overclocking but it will do voltage as high as 1.95 which I thought was a plus.What do you think , should I get it or not , I may even drop my 1ghz in it and see what I can make it do , any thoughts would be appreciated

I just setup mine with a 1.4 GHz bird tonight. Already the CPU is running at 1.61 GHz. Very easy to setup with all O/C settings in the BIOS for $91. So far, so good.
