ok, my ram is "micro T" supposed to be 7.7ns 256mb[ iset it @Cas2]and tried it @ cas3,im using an asus p3v4x m/b with p3 733 ,have golden orb heat sink, heat sink on clock generator and i cant overclock more than {fsb} 146mhz @803. it wont boot up more than that and my cpu temp is only @37C /voltage @1.75v so im thinking my ram possibly or this board isnt good 4 overclocking..any ideas?

Get rid of the GOrb they are terrible-that is decent ram. The board is good also. Temp could have a little to do with it. Might be the Ram i have Infineon 6.5 ns, works great. Not sure maybe your trying too high with the FSB, if you got pc133 that you are pushing it at that FSB-unless u were using crucial, micron, or viking ram!. Try lowering the FSB and upping the mulitplier by 1, 1.5 or maybe even 2.0 that might render a better OC-also try lapping the HS

The ram you have 7.5 ns is usually cas 3 set at 133

The generic ram is mostly 7.5 ns.

If you are getting 146 out if it be happy

Also try to up the vcore if you want to get the processor higher.
