What are some good Oblivion mods?

Just reinstalled Oblivion so I really want some good mods. So far I've dled BTmod and Marts Monster Mod. Are there any other good ones? Where can I dl the one that makes water look better? Also will all the patches work with with the new patch or only on vanilla?

I run it with Oscuro's Overhaul, Bag of Holding, Cosmetic Compilation, Enchanting Freedom, Natural Vegetation & Water, Real Lava, Realistic Arrow Flight, Legendary Mastery, Better Gold, and Camera Smoother.

Do note that when you install OOO 1.31, a lot of the magic items will be gimped, but this is easily fixed with the editor. I have it because it has a TON of new content.

Unreal, Did you use the auto installer? You don't have to select this one just go in the game and the menus will have changed.

For Manual Install:

Just copy the menus folder within the archive to your obliviondata directory

Your folder path should look like:
Oblivion/Data/menus/main/ inventory_menu.xml

Yeah, BTMod has it's own executable installer - run that, it modifies your installation, and poof you're modded.

I had no issues, what problem are you running into? (and it's DEFINITELY worth figuring out, the inventory change ALONE is worth it. HI WE'RE RELEASING THIS GAME FOR PC BUT YOU CAN STILL ONLY SEE THREE ITEMS AT A TIME IN YOUR INVENTORY SCREEN. Grrrrrrr.)

Hmm strange I downloaded it off fileplanet and it didn't have any .exes
I'll try to find some other places to dl it off.
Edit: Got it, installed BT and natural environments.
Now for some gameplay mods :p

Anything that buffs archery and enchanting bows. =P

Stealth archer is the easiest way to god-like your way through the game. ;)

Sneak attack from 60 yards for 6x damage and OOOO Monster # 2,921 is one-hit!

Actually, another mod that I can't think of the name of introduces mining and crafting to oblivion. It was pretty cool. - - - ok, i do have the name of the version I was using - "crafting beta 1.0" =/ There may be a newer / final-er version out, but the beta worked fine.
 
Legendary Mastery will allow you to raise your stats above 100. The stats in stock oblivion are gimped in that anything >100 is 100--buffs don't count.

Also take realistic arrows--if you've ever shot a bow before, it's pretty obvious that arrows don't float gracefully like they do in the unmodded game.

It's pretty damn tight, I just got to the Blades keep.
I was doing Arena, and picked up an Ebony bow from one of the contestants (via Arena loot mod) and it has this weird glitch: Everytime I take it out, sound completly slows down. Like bullet time in some fps game like Fear. Its so strange, everything else is normal but sound isnt. And the only way to fix it is restart the game and not use ebony bow. It really sucks :(
Im gona get those archer mods. It takes me like 30 arrows per arena combatant to kill.

You know whats dissapointing tho? I pickpocketed like 100 different keys, and I've yet to find anythign worth stealin in any of these homes. You'd think they would have safes with like 1000 gold or something.

There are countless other mods I'm running that make it more interesting. I have tons of new texture mods that use hiher res textures for the weapons, character faces, some items, the blue lagoon water, more realistic sky, sun, water, etc mods and another mod that greatly reduces the thickness of the vegetation. My poor 6800 :(
