One cool thing I got lately is Cursor xp. It changes ur mouse pointer into a cool pointer. I use the yin/yang one. Looks very cool-moves to differant shapes/does stuff like the normal one. Intergrates into mouse controlls in win xp so u can turn on/off andchange it.

StyleXP is a million times better than WindowBlinds. Plus, I set StyleXP to "Use no resources", so it doesn't affect my PC at all

I like net medic from vitalsigns. It gives a lot of info on your internet connection, and it looks cool to.

i 2nd CursorXP =P. I use the StarCraft set, but the only thing funky about this set is when the cursor hovers over a link.

i 2nd Samurize as well, but i'm kinda new at it and seems a bit complex =(.

i recommend Desktop Wallpaper Calender too cuz u can making it translucent and it's easy to use [just 3x-click to write a note on a certain day]
