what are the best driversfor gforce2

i have a Gforce 2 mx400 64 mb

it has nvidia

i would like to know the best driversfor it and whre i can get them

i am already using the detanatorxp drivers from the nvidia site

I have a 64meg Gf II also.

I use the Hercules drivers in mine. I tried the nVidia drivers, but they were too limiting for me. The herc drivers let you overclock your card from within the control panel among other things.

I don't think the hercs are proprietary, you can pick them up here (ver. 21.81)

21.8x series work the best in GF2s.

21.81s, 21.83s, 21.85s, 21.88s (alittle iffy but fast)

I like Quadro-patched 21.81 detonators in my GF2 Ti

Switched from 21.88 to 23.11 noticed an increase in my 3Dmark2001 score of of a couple hundred points, frames seem clearer, but that's probably my imagination.
