Gresyth .................. 4 s must be phenomenal

.
Minesweeper may not use directx 8.1 but it is also so a good way to keep the mind sharp and kill time .
My expert time I think can be improved as i have been in the bad position of having to guess with only a few mines left at around 160 - 170 s

but I'm getting there............ 1.5 weeks ago I thought it impossible for me to get below 200 ............... now i get below 200 quite often and importantly don't feel as if I'm going fast.
Interesting tips :
1/ It appears your first selection will never be a mine ( try it ) ............. so the program redraws or draws the map after the first click. I hope it doesn't do any redrawing afterwards
2/ It is a very high possibility that the game designers programmed that a mine is in at least one corner the majority of the time ( expert settings ) . This is to my estimate statistically significant when one considers what the probabilty of a mine being in a particular spot muat be.
3/ Right and left clicking over a number whose mines are CORRECTLY marked will clear up alot of area quickly. If mines are mismarked = BOOM . If not all are marked ....... nothing happens , no clearing occurs .
4/ I think there is absoloutely no sense in marking mines with a question mark. Unless u have an itchy trigger finger and think you will click on things by mistake.
5/ squares that are obviously mines eg. in a corner surrounded by ones ............. will mark itself when all the other mines and empty squares are marked or cleared . This saves alot of time esp in the beginner when the program can mark up to 6 mines for u depending on the map ........... quick times can be gained by clearing the clear squares and only marking the mines that u have to .
