what comes next

what is the next line of graphic cards from Nvidia? if details have leaked out yet anyway.

probily the 8x00 series . I haven't heard any information about it though, but I am going to buy the top of the line card from the new gerneration when they come out.

nah, the 7800 series have just come out looks like the 8800 series is next. probably 32PIPES 512bit...

I would think the 7x00 series will stick around for at least a year from now before they release a new series.

i ask because i await delivery of my asrock 939 and 3800X2. i have my 6800gt for now, but am unsure if i should buy a 7800gtx or wait for the next line of cards to come out. i only run a gaming resolution of 1024x768(desktop 1152x864) and my card runs all games out currently on 90% high settings. and id imagine that it will continue to for another 6mths or so.

The next card to come out wont be for a year or so, and it will be so expensive that you will probably have to sell you computer to just buy the card.
