Replaced the Jennov NVR that was here with this item.
Purchased from Ebay and item was advertised , or so i thought , as rackmount as it obviously is not.
Its not that heavy so easy enough to custom attach some rack ears id say ...

Overall this item is a great upgrade from what i had. The user iterface is a pleasant refresh ...
Has more advanced features and the wan/network port is 1000Mbps not limited at 100 Mbps

Dunno how accurate it is and I don't consider it better than a novelty addon though.
I took a module on medical electronics a very long time ago. Do not treat this as medical advice :D It is measuring between the arms, effectively horizontally through you. But the heart is doing things in 3D. It might not pick up something happening aligned vertically for example. I'm guessing it'll look at the shape of the waveform and can alert if something is off, and it can be followed up by a proper ECG if needed.

There are like a LOT of news stories about these things detecting heart anomalies where they have saved lives.

We'd still have, for example, The Undertaker's manager Paul Bearer if he'd had one of these...

This one can do that.

It's got a metal contact patch on the bottom of it, which presses on the wrist of whatever arm it's on. Then it has you press on two metal strips on the side with the other arm.

Thats pretty much the same as my galaxy watch 3, its a basic 2 contact ecg though, you need a more probes like they do in the doctors office to get a proper reading

This past weekend I finally figured out all the issues and got my rig Win11-ready (without having to buy anything thankfully). And surprisingly I got the upgrade a few hours later.

I did get a new set of issues once Win11 installed, the biggest one being my CPU running hot. I turned off all Win11's unnecessary background graphic enhancements and that did the trick.

I didn't touch a thing and don't have idle heat problems... weird.

Also, what exactly are windows background graphical enhancements?

Nice load there.

Micro ATX has always seemed like the un-loved little brother to ATX. ITX having a modern cult following, and DTX the stepkid people forgot existed.

I'd like to see more DTX boards, personally, but ITX seems nearly perfected now.
