Growing up my buddy was a drummer in HS and in his garage band. I don't have any formal training but have banged around on them for several years here and there. It's one of those things I've always wanted to do on a more serious level but never found the time or the opportunity.

More than likely I'll annoy the pants off my wife if and when I ever retire and pick up a kit. Lol

Looks like you got the previous version to mine, but QD-OLED is really a game changed from the old IPS.

It's quite the machine. So far I'm loving the driving experience. Civilized warp drive.

I like the Node 804 so much I got a 2nd one. I was looking at many other NAS cases, but they all ended up worse in some way. Fewer bays. More cost. Limited space for non-drive things or needing smaller parts. This was cheap enough, available and I know it does what I need.

The cooler is to replace an Intel stock cooler on a quad core. I don't need more cooling for it, but the decorative plastic fins on the stock cooler means I can't use tall ram, which I want to.

The other thing is a plug extension block with USB ports. I'm in the process of setting up a guest bedroom and think it would be a handy thing to have.

I got my RTX 5070ti yesterday, it's a big azz card that barely fits in my case. I took a few pictures, but my phone refuses to connect to my computer, and I don't know why. I played Cyberpunk and it performed flawlessly.
