Puella Magi Madoka Magica Magia Exedra went live today. Try saying that fast! Gacha game based on the anime, maybe worth a look if you liked it. Well polished visuals, gameplay is pretty standard turn based combat which you can largely auto.

My two goto's are Assetto Corsa and MSFS2020. I grab the free games that look interesting from steam & epic, but rarely play them.
Dude.. between Steam, Epic, Prime, and GOG.. my library is massive. I have to delete some games I don’t play to give others a try :D

I have a massive............library too, but I only install the games I play consistently, which, is around 5-6.

I believe that many free games cost too much. :ROFLMAO:

My games collection is pretty limited overall, but I'm more likely to play an old game (again) on a retro rig instead of buying a new AAA title.

Ya gotta advance these videos n storage upgrades ,
Keep more games downloaded licensed n ready to go.

It's a good chance to get real world bus results with a secondary drive for games with steam

Is that Jones?

Yup! (Sorry, started to answer this last night, but fell asleep with my finger on the mouse about to press the "Post reply" button! )

It keeps getting better.

It's almost like Hitman the amount of things you can conk someone over the head with... It's BETTER than Hitman in terms of actually being able to feel the weight of the objects and impact. (Though this could be because I'm playing with a Sony DualSense on PC...)

@EarthDog referring to the possible issue of choppy game play from the game library loading from a secondary or drive separate from the operating system
I would've never guessed that from the previous post, lol. Wow.

Anyway, why would that happen unless it was a spinner?

Since the days of SSDs (even HDDs), I've always kept my games on a different drive than my OS...if anything putting games on an OS drive could exhibit that 'choppyness' more since an OS drive has more activity than a games drive. But these days, thats all moot unless you're running spinners and no ssds.

Dark Souls II: Scholar of the First Sin.

I hate following YouTube guides... but there are a lot of things I simply would NOT have found without the (extremely flawed) channel that I'm watching now.

Dark Souls II was my first Souls game ever. And right now it's the only one I've even come close to finishing.

I'll be playing Monster Hunter Wilds later... which I HATE... but my best friend got it for me for my birthday... so I guess I'll suffer through a bit of it. (Also runs like garbage on my system...)

MHW is my first Monster Hunter game, I'm still getting used to (and sometimes frustrated by) the combat, especially the counter system. The amount of input latency (as you're locked into moves/choices) makes it hard to time Parries/blocks/etc. I'm around 45 hours in or so, completed the story and am working on maxing out my current gear (just maxed my sword axe artisan weapon, although not sure if I want to stick with swordaxe or not).

It runs beautifully on my system, but it damn well better.

I've been playing Jeanne D'arc... A turn-based strategy game originally released on PSP. Now available on PS5. It's nice... But like a lot of turn-based Japanese games... it's STUPIDLY long. And once you get a high enough level it's extremely difficult to lose.

I uninstalled it. Never really wanted it in the first place. I HATE Monster Hunter. Should've followed my gut and gotten a refund as soon as I bought it.

Starting another BG3 run. Partly because I heard there were new subclasses in a recent update.

And partly I pissed off the big red mommy before I could recruit her

Yeah I unlocked her. Think I was reading a guide or something. Still on my first playthrough. Have to pass the extremely stupid Shi'Ar Gauntlet or whatever it's called. Not a fan.

Can't wait to get back to the main quest.
