What do you think about: Asus CUSL2-C BP Special Edition Mobo

I am just wanting to get some people's ideas about the CUSL2-C BP Special Edition Mobo from Asus. I am new to o'clocking, and haven't messed with Mobo's that much, and am just wondering about this board. I am looking for a new board to go in my new case, and this one caught my eye, and i just wanted to know what you folks thought about it. If you havent seen it yet the address is: Right Here.

Is a good place to visit before you buy.
Its good board overall but has some quirks.
The bios is soldered to the board is probably its worst
point.
