What do you think of this combination???

I want to build a system that I want for doing a lot of graphic work and rendering, and some killer gameplay. I am going to water cool it, and maybe pelt it.

ASUS A7A266 mobo SD/DDR combo
T-bird 1.2Mhz or 1.33
GF3 64 MB DDR

I want to get it as fast as I can get it, how is this mobo for overclocking? I was thinking 1.5Ghz+

That combo looks good. I'd go with ATLEAST 256MB of RAM (1 stick) especially if DDR since most DDR Boards only support 2 sticks.

You'll be more likely to get 1.5Gigz if you go with an AYHJA 1.33 T-bird.
