VIO (Voltage In/Out) is the voltage supplied to the PCI and AGP cards, aswell as the main memory. Increasing this voltage above the standard 3.3v, might increase stability when overclocking, the same way as increasing the corevoltage of the CPU lets you overclock your CPU higher.
