Just curious. We spend so much time jawing about CPU temps, I was curious what you guys get for the M/B.

It is very dependant on the method of measurement. I use a small Senfu probe, on the die and get temps on a T-Bird at 1625Mhz of 46.3°C at 2.1v using a CAK38. I'm gonna see if my Glaciator improves the situation any whence it ships.

Interesting question.
My A7V133 shows 31c on MBM5 but to tell the truth, I am not sure where that sensor is located. I may do some searching to try to find out.
I placed a ribbon sensor next to the CPU die and it is about 6 degrees lower than the CPU sensor on the mainbd, so I kinda want to say the other sensor is off too.

Duh, answered the wrong question.... I get 26-28 C, 1-2 C over ambient. The Iwill KK266 measures the temp about 1/3 of the way up on the front of the MB and I use MBM5 for monitoring..

using the via hardware monitor my m\b is 26c and cpu is 34 on an abit kt7a and t-bird 900@1064\8x133\33 not bad for a stock hsf thats lapped.

VIA Hardware Monitor says 29 for me. I believe if I check the manual I can find where it is, but thats too much trouble.

1C over ambient. The Compunurse probe indictates the same. Good case ventilation!
