What FSB's are you reaching with the K7S5A and what chipset cooling are you using?

Are their any other things you are using to increase FSB?
If possible, list like this:

I increased my fsb to 138/138 in my bios.
I increased mym fsb from 138/138 to 146/146 in CPUFSB.
no chipset cooler.
11 multiplier
256DDR ram

CPU COOLING: Volcano6Cu
MEMORY: 128MB Viking PC2100
MEM SETTING: Normal
CHIPSET: Removed frag tape, installed with A/S epoxy.
MULTIPLIER: Stock 8.5
OTHER: Really good case airlfow.
