What hsf to use on dual p3 933s?

Well got myself to a point of no return. Would like to know from this group what hsf you would recommend to put on these dual p3 933ebs. It will be going on a Abit VP6 dual mobo. I would like to stay with air cooled with low noise. There is a possibility I will try to overclock these chips so want to make sure I can maintain low temps. Also I will be on a budget.
