What if you had a buncha PC's one high speed I/C and a HUB... if you had two NIC's in your first PC one with the Modem being plugged in and the other being crossed over to another PC with 2 NIC's one going to a HUB if you set up ICS would you just be able to plug a PC into the hub and have I/C right away ? or would it be easyer if you just had the first computer with 2 NIC's and the modem coming into the PC with one NIC and on the other NIC just have the other NIC going to the HUb with ICS enabled ? which is better ?

You should be able to do it both ways but the first way seems redundant. You could just set up the first system to just route to a hub using DHCP and then yes you could just plug in and if the newly added computer, and your DHCP/NAT were pre-configured properly, you would just be shared conected.
