What is the best performing QUIET $50 pump?

I use the 1250 and look at my sig. Yup, those are my temps with an ambient of 22C. I got mine for 70 bucks but I went with faster shipping. It pumps 315gph and right now is all I need unless I add another 3 feet of hose. Go with the Eheim, I'm not the only one who feels this way.
 
I also like Eheim pumps the best. I have 3 of them. 2 1048's and a 1060 which is a rather large pump at 600gph very quite to. I use it in my sub 0 setup. The 1048's in ambient temp water cooling. They are quiet, dependable, and very high quality.
 
I have found the Danner 7 is best suited to the Maze2 and Cube. Reducing the flow raises the temps. It's very quiet. I understand the Eheims are good too. Please DON'T get a Rio!
