What is the best way to get dust out of keyboards?

My keyboard has a lot of dust in it. What is the best way to get it all out. I have a blower and it gets the big stuff but the side of the keys are very dusty what's the best approach?

I take all of the keycaps off and use Q-tips every so often. But typically canned air/air compressor more frequently.

I like a brush attachment on a vacuum with the computer off. Not nearly as clean as @EarthDog but good enough for me.
