What is the name of this heatsink?

That's not the ThermoEngine, but definitely interesting. Is it made of copper? What size is it? If it had more fins distributed around the hub, it could make for an interesting device to play with.

I should have waited for the entire picture to decode. If it was about 5 to 6 times higher, it would make for an interesting study as an HS for a CPU.

'Fraid I can't ID it for you. Whatever it is, it's not suitable for an overclocked 6x86 CPU, and entirely out of the question for a 7x86 K7 family processor. Why? There's not enough metal in it, and the "fins" are far too thick. It would be OK as a passive HS--on an unimportant component.

Vantec used these for P1-K5 coolers , they basically suck, I tried one on a chipset and it was less than impressive,,definetly not a good solution for anything that "requires" a heatsink.
